That’s what the Kind Shop Promise is for 💗 Every purchase from Kind Shop is Backed by the Kind Shop Promise. If you change your mind, the item isn’t quite what you expected, or you simply decide it isn’t right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

No awkward explanations. No need to justify your decision. Just let us know you’d like to return it.

Our 30-Day Returns Promise

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. To qualify for a refund under the Kind Shop Promise, items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. This means items should be unused, undamaged and, where applicable, in their original packaging. We understand that you may need to look at an item to decide whether it is right for you. We simply ask that it is returned in a condition that allows us to sell it again. Books can be returned under the Kind Shop Promise, but they must be returned in their original condition. We cannot refund books that show signs of having been read or used, such as creased spines, folded pages, marks or other noticeable wear. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Return Something

Please contact us on He***@*********co.uk before sending your return so we know to expect it and can provide you with the return details. You don’t need to give us a reason for returning your item. Once you’ve contacted us, simply package your item securely and send it back to us. Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We recommend using a postal service that provides proof of postage.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return reaches us, we’ll check it and arrange your refund. Your refund will be made to your original payment method. After we have issued it, refunds usually take 5–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What If My Item Is Faulty or Arrives Damaged?

If something arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us and we’ll put things right. You won’t be expected to pay the return postage costs for an item that is faulty, damaged or has been sent to you incorrectly. Where possible, it really helps if you can send us a photograph of any damage or fault so we can understand what has happened and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
