Holistic Therapy Session – The Self Love Specialist

I am a holistic therapist specialising in life transitions – coping with difficult or impactful life changes; such as those created by COVID-19, relationship transitions, career or business changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress, overcoming and healing from trauma, low motivation and energy, breaking through after burning out and burnout prevention. These can manifest as low self-esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety, low level depression, lack of motivation, procrastination and intolerance towards yourself and others.

Holistic Therapy Sessions will enable you to dive deeper into your current circumstances, what’s holding you back (it’s normally not the thing you think it is) & then create a plan to move forward & do the work to overcome that using NLP, trance exercises, mindfulness, or coaching techniques depending on what comes up.

We normally end with a hypnosis session so we can reprogram your subconscious thought processes & allow your nervous system to reset.

What Does Holistic Therapy Involve?
All sessions are carried out via Zoom.  Each session lasts 60 to 75 minutes and we begin with a general chat to dive deeper into your current circumstances, what’s holding you back (it’s normally not the thing you think it is) and anything that has presented itself lately.  We will then talk it through and use techniques depending on what comes up.  We will nearly always end with a hypnosis so we can reprogram your subconscious thought processes and allow you some time for deep relaxation and so your nervous system can reset.  Sessions are always tailored to my client’s needs and planned specifically for them.

Will I Receive Support In Between Therapy Sessions?
You will be supported throughout this entire journey and you are free to contact me via email, text or Voxer between sessions. I also share worksheets and recorded hypnosis with my clients. I believe having someone there to hold your hand is such an important part of this journey as sometimes big emotions come up between sessions and you just need a friendly ear to listen to you

How Many Therapy Sessions Do I Need?
I recommend clients commit to an absolute minimum of 6 sessions, spacing them at least two weeks apart, to get the best results and create momentum in your life.  This allows us to make deep and lasting positive changes at the subconscious level and these changes will last a lifetime and will propel you forward with your life direction.
Discounts: Individual sessions are £95 each, however if want to commit to a minimum of 6 sessions, then I offer a discount which works out at £80 per session (on a pay as you go basis, payment to be made prior to each session).

What Are the Benefits Of Holistic Therapy?
I believe that no matter what challenge you face there is always a solution, and that solution always begins with you and how you feel about yourself. Self-awareness is one of the first things I focus on with my clients. It is one of the foundational building blocks to discovering your self-worth and one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is truly knowing who we are and what drives us, and knowing our value is in this world. Self-awareness gives us understanding, and from understanding comes forgiveness, acceptance, and we then begin to love ourselves again. ♡
When we love ourselves, we have self-worth, we know our value in this world and in our relationships, we have self-esteem, self-belief and confidence in our abilities.  We make better choices in life, we gain direction, momentum and most importantly self-belief so that we can achieve the goals and the intentions we set for ourselves.
We are more discerning about who we let into our lives and who we allow to stay in our lives. We then model this behaviour to our children and others, which impacts the next generation and our wider community.
But by putting the focus back on YOU, by putting you at the centre of your life again (& no this isn’t selfish!) and with some self-love & self-compassion you can begin a very beautiful journey back to the core of who you are and ultimately be the you again that somehow you lost somewhere amongst the trials of life.
When you do the inner work, the healing, your life can change dramatically. You can learn to love yourself. You can heal from life’s traumas, you can grow self-esteem, self-worth, self-belief and confidence.
When you heal from your traumas, events and experiences in life you find freedom, you find inner peace & you find presence in all of its forms.

Refund Policy

Schedule and Fees
Except for initial complimentary breakthrough sessions, which are free and without obligation, all payments are paid in advance. Fees vary depending on the type and duration of the coaching required. The costs and the duration of the Coaching programme can vary by mutual agreement of the Parties.

Cancellation Policy
In the case of requiring to cancel a meeting, Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled coaching meetings. Coach reserves the right to charge Client for a missed meeting, cancelled at shorter notice than 24 hours. Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the loss of time, to avoid charging or to refund Client.

Refunds
If the coaching relationship is terminated by the Client prior to completion of a coaching programme paid in full in advance, a refund may be granted for services not rendered at the discretion of the Coach.

    Hi, I’m Nicola and I am a Holistic Therapist.  I have worked in the wellbeing industry for almost 7 years, and have been a Reiki Master (Usui & Karuna) for over 20.
