What are grounding techniques?
Grounding helps you feel more present and safe, especially when feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or anxious. Grounding techniques allow you to be aware of some aspect of yourself or your environment. Grounding can help you deal with feelings that might normally lead to destructive behaviours.

Material
These grounding technique cards are made from a special silver coloured aluminium. Printed by heating under pressure to 200°c so it won’t wash off. Aluminium is ideal as it is light, allergy-friendly, affordable and unlike silver doesn’t tarnish.
